DESCRIPTION:Town Of Plymouth, Connecticut Emergency Management  Opening a Warming Center  December 5, 2025  The Town of Plymouth will be opening a warming center at the Terryville Public Library located at 238 Main Street, Terryville, CT on Monday, December 8, 2025 from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 1 PM to 8 PM, and Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 10 AM to 5 PM for the residents of the Town of Plymouth.  Anyone in need of a shelter is urged to call 211 or visit 211ct.org for a list of locations.
