LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Plymouth Assessment Board of Appeals will be meeting on March 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, 17^th, 18^th and 23rd beginning at 6:00 p.m. to review requests for adjustments to personal property, motor vehicle/Real Estate assessments. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED. Applications for review are available in the Tax/Assessor's office or online at www.plymouthct.us. Bring any and all documentation to support your request to your scheduled meeting.

For Motor Vehicle appeals, the condition, milage and your purchase price is not valid grounds for an appeal per CGS Section 12-71 (b)(g) 2 of the Connecticut General Statutes. Only an assessment based upon incorrect MSRP information can be appealed.
