INVITATION TO BID

SNOW REMOVAL PLYMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The Town of Plymouth will accept sealed bid proposals for providing the necessary equipment and labor for the removal of snow from its school properties’ parking lots, driveways and vehicle accessways. 

Bids must be sealed and marked “Bid – BOE Snow Removal -2025” and be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m., September 18, 2025, to the Mayor’s Office at 80 Main Street, Terryville, CT at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Assembly Room. 

All questions must be submitted in writing and addressed to the Dept. Public Works, attention: Carl Johnson, no later than September 12, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. 

Copies of the bid specifications may be obtained via email request to publicworks@plymouthct.us or cjohnson@plymouthct.us or by contacting the Plymouth Department of Public Works at (860) 585-4030 during regular business hours.

 The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if it deems it in the best interest of the town. The Town of Plymouth is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer.
