Plymouth SeeClickFix Citizen Service Requests

The Town of Plymouth now partners with "SeeClickFix" to provide a more streamlined and convenient method for town residents to submit service requests.

We have two options for placing service requests

On-line: You can click here to be directed to the SeeClickFix webpage or use the module below. You can select a request type or choose "Explore Map" to type in your address or drag the red indicator to the location of the service request.

Mobile App:  With the SeeClickFix App, you can easily submit a non-emergency service request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly from your mobile phone. It's free to download on your iOS or Android device.

The mobile application can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play using the shortcuts below.

NOTE: SeeClickFix is a public facing application. Your display name will be visible to the public unless you choose to submit as "anonymous". The description of the issue you enter upon submitting a request will also be visible to the public. Your email address will not be shared or visible.
