Guidelines 

• Share your favorite view of Terryville/Plymouth Examples: a beautiful view, a historic monument, your favorite park or a great community event.
• Photos must be from 2025 and may submitted through 2/1/26 
• Photos must be of Plymouth/Terryville/Pequabuck, Connecticut 
• Photos must be standard 4x6 or similar in size 
• Photos will be displayed for public viewing at the Town Hall 
• Photos cannot be returned to owners

Connecticut Fees for Recording

a Land Record Document and

Property Foreclosure Registrations

Effective July 1, 2025

Per Public Act #25-168

Recording Document: (excluding any document with a Nominee)

• $70 for first page $5 for each additional page

Recording Nominee Documents:

• $160 flat fee for Assignments and Releases of Mortgage where the nominee is the Grantor
• $160 for first page and $5 for each additional page for all documents except nominee as Grantor of Assignments and Releases

Please note that new fees must be paid for any document received by the Town Clerk on or after July 1, 2025.
