Warming Center Update
A severe cold weather protocol is now extended through Sunday, February 15, 2026. As a result, the Town of Plymouth’s warming center located at the Terryville Public Library 238 Main Street, Terryville, CT will be open for the residents of the Town of Plymouth on Wednesday, February 11th from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday, February 12th from 1 PM to 8 PM, Friday, February 13th from 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday, February 14th from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Monday February 16th from 10 AM to 5 PM. Anyone in need of a shelter is urged to call 211 or visit 211ct.org for a list of locations.

Town Hall Schedule - President's Day 2026
Town Hall Administrative offices and the Transfer Station will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026 in observance of President’s Day Holiday, reopening on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Recycle and Trash pickup will not be interrupted.

- $70Â for first page $5 for each additional page

Recording Nominee Documents:
- $160 flat fee for Assignments and Releases of Mortgage where the nominee is the Grantor
- $160 for first page and $5 for each additional page for all documents except nominee as Grantor of Assignments and Releases
Please note that new fees must be paid for any document received by the Town Clerk on or after July 1, 2025.
